SNP Marker Visualization Tool

This program is a demonstration version. (Canvas graphic engine is slow on IE)
It allows to view SNP Statistics with 2 different graphic engines ( canvas, and SVG ).
You can choose the data in the data menu button on the top menu buttons list (Only the demonstration file (faked values) is avialable and the Pvalue is 2 (need a powerful computer))
On the Right top, there is an information window for errors, information and debug.

• Zoom : You can zoom with the mouse wheel , or with buttons around the chart
• Move : You can also move with the mouse ( move with the left button pressed on the chart )
• Add Marker : You can click on a marker to add it to the right list
• Search Marker or Gene : You can search a marker or a gene with the Search Menu
• Change position : You can use the Set position Menu to set exact position for the chart
• Save image : You can use the Save Button (on the top) to save the chart
• ...

• The Force Update is disabled on this version
• save image is disabled on this version
• Safari doesn't allow to save image on canvas version

Images over x3 size use a lot of memory, so be careful using higher value

The time used to generate the image can be long (between 10 & 60 secondes). Please, be patient
